Enjoyable & Comfortable Ground Level Condo

We want you to truly relax and feel at home. We take pride in making a clean and comfortable short term home for our guests. Upscale furnishings, nicely remodeled interior and well stocked kitchen and bath are provided with this private guest home. On the first floor this home has no steps. For long term stays extra linens are provided and additional cleaning services can be available.

The home has one bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed. Large internet TV, DVD player and pull out queen sleeper in the living room. Full kitchen including microwave, coffee pots, dishes, toaster, pots and pans, everything you need to prepare and serve a meal. Dining area with seating for two. There is also a washer and dryer in the home. We provide a starter kit of soaps and paper products, bed linens, bath towels and kitchen towels. We provide WIFI, please bring your own tv accounts. Close to shopping, bus stop, coffee shops and restaurants. This quiet space is very accessible and just off Main Street and Eastchester Dr. Easy access to 311 highway, 85 and 40. Convenient to all cities in the triad.

Guests can use the entire condo

I work across the street, so I am available if you need me and can check on how things are going easily. Typically I let guests check in using the lock box and do most of my interactions thru phone or text.

This home is furnished as if I would live here, but it is specifically for guests only so you won’t find any personal items and all of the spaces are for the guests to use. The neighborhood is tucked away on a dead end street. There is plenty of parking available.

While you can take the bus which stops nearby, you will likely want a car to get around. If you don’t have a car that’s ok as shops, restaurants and grocery is all under a mile away.

Linens for the pullout sofa are provided if a third and or fourth guest is registered. If you need linens and only have two guests, please make arrangements with me in advance.
Please make sure all guests are registered on your reservation: Only guests who are registered on the reservation are allowed at the property. Please only smoke out of doors. Please no deep frying or cooking with grease. Do not use hair dye or dye of any kind. When it all possible we like guests to wear footwear indoors (shoes socks slippers etc.). Not suitable for small children . You will be required to provide valid ID before checking in.
