Perfect for a week-long convention, extended work assignment, or family getaway, this 2BR/2BA single-level home is designed for both comfort and flexibility. Features include an office/lounge flex space, vaulted ceilings, smart TV, usable garage, and quick access to PTI Airport, downtown Greensboro, High Point, and more.

Sleeping Arrangements
- Primary bedroom: Queen bed
- Second bedroom: Twin daybed with additional twin trundle
- Living room: Two full-size pull-out couches
- Bonus: Queen air mattress and extra blankets stored in the chaise
The home comfortably sleeps 6 and can host up to 8-10 if you don’t mind close quarters.

The open living room features vaulted ceilings, cozy seating, and a smart TV (with complimentary Netflix and YouTube on the guest profile). The office/lounge doubles as a workspace, hangout, or guest room — making it easy to balance work and relaxation during longer stays.

Kitchen & Dining
Cook at home with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances (including an oven with air-fryer feature and refrigerator with water/ice dispenser). You’ll find dinnerware and glassware for adults and kids, cookware and utensils, staple seasonings, and a coffee maker with complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate pods. A pass-through connects the kitchen to the bar area for easy serving.

Pets & Policies
We welcome up to 2 pets per stay! To keep the home comfortable for future guests (especially those with allergies), please keep pets off furniture when possible and use the pet hair remover provided. Guests are expected to pick up after pets and dispose of waste in the green trash bin outside.
