Swim in the private pool, soak in the 6-person hot tub, play on the full pickleball and basketball court and putting green, then gather around the fire pit. Inside, there's a movie theater with 8 recliners and arcade games, a SkyTrak golf simulator and pool table in the climate-controlled garage game room, and a fully stocked kitchen with dining for 14. Sleeps up to 16.

The Space

Welcome to our 3,400 sq ft, 6-bedroom, 3.5-bath home in North High Point, newly furnished in 2026 and designed from top to bottom for big groups. Every space was planned around one goal: giving your group more to do together under one roof.

THE ENTERTAINMENT

• Movie theater (upstairs): 8 theater recliners, a 100-inch screen, a popcorn machine, Pac-Man and NBA Jam arcade machines, and a "Just One More Game" neon sign.
• Garage game room (climate-controlled): SkyTrak golf simulator, pool table, poker table, dartboard, Pop-A-Shot and giant Connect 4. Golf clubs are not provided, so bring your bag.
• Fully fenced backyard: private in-ground pool, 6-person hot tub, a full pickleball and basketball court with pickleball paddles and balls, a putting green with putters and balls, outdoor bowling, and a smokeless fire pit with Adirondack seating, string lights, and s'mores supplies. A grill and outdoor dining round it out.

THE MAIN FLOOR

• Living room: decorative stone fireplace, an oversized sectional that pulls out to a queen bed, velvet armchairs, and a TV.
• Kitchen and dining: gas range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster, with cookware, spices and cooking basics stocked. A 6-seat kitchen table and an 8-seat dining room seat 14, and there's a TV in the kitchen.
• Primary suite (Bedroom 1): king canopy bed, twin daybed, navy shiplap accent wall, TV, and a private bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: queen bed and TV.
• Bedroom 3: king bed and TV.
• Bedroom 4 (the Study): queen bed, library bookshelf, and TV.
• A full hall bathroom, a half bath, and a washer and dryer.

UPSTAIRS
• Bedroom 5: two full beds under vaulted ceilings, plus a TV.
• Bedroom 6 (the Theater): two daybeds with trundles, for 4 twin beds.
• A full bathroom.

The house sits in a quiet residential neighborhood near Oak Hollow, close to everything in the Triad. It's an easy home base for High Point Market teams, HPU families, and golf trips. Groceries (Harris Teeter, Whole Foods, Walmart, and ALDI) are a short drive away.

Guest Access

The entire home is yours: both floors, the theater, the garage game room, and the fully fenced backyard with the pool, hot tub, pickleball and basketball court, putting green, and fire pit. The only space that is off-limits is a locked owner's closet. Check-in is keyless with a smart lock, and there's driveway parking for 5 cars. Please don't park on the grass.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood with full-time neighbors, so please drive slowly and keep outdoor noise down, especially at night.

Other Things To Note

*** PLEASE READ: IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING ***

REQUIREMENTS TO BOOK
• The primary renter must be 25 or older to book this property.

PARTIES/EVENTS
• We do NOT allow any parties or events at this property.

POOL
• The pool is 3 to 5 feet deep. NO diving or jumping in.
• There is no lifeguard. Swim at your own risk, and children must be supervised at all times. Kids' life jackets are provided.
• The pool is only available from the beginning of April to the end of October.
• While it may not be covered, the pool is not available from November until March due to the cold weather.
• The pool heater present at the property is currently unavailable for guest use.

HOT TUB
• If the hot tub is down for maintenance or repairs during your stay, there are no discounts or refunds. We'll do our best to keep it running.
• If we need to drain the hot tub after your stay, a $350 cleaning and maintenance fee applies.
• No glass in or near the hot tub or pool. Any glass found will result in a $2,000 fee.
• If guests drain the hot tub, a $1,000 fee applies, plus any resulting damages.
• No refunds if the simulator is not working during your stay

GOLF SIMULATOR
• Golf clubs are NOT provided. Please bring your own.
• Hit only from the mat, and keep everyone behind the hitter.
• No refunds if the simulator is not working during your stay

FIREPLACE & FIRE PITS
• The stone fireplace in the living room is decorative only and can't be used.
• You're welcome to use the wood-burning smokeless fire pit in the backyard. Firewood is NOT provided. Bundles are usually sold at Food Lion on Brian Jordan Pl (10 min) and at Lowe's, The Home Depot, and Walmart on N Main St (11 min).
• Never leave the fire pit unattended, and make sure it's fully out before bed.
• Outdoor propane fire pits are NOT to be used.

PATIO/OUTDOOR HEATER
• The propane needed for the patio/outdoor heater is not provided.

SMOKING
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the house. Violations carry a $1,000 fee.

QUIET TIME
• Quiet time is 10 PM to 6 AM. Please keep outdoor music and noise to a minimum to respect our neighbors.

PARKING
• Driveway parking for 5 cars. Please do not park on the grass.

SLEEPING NOTES
• Bedrooms 5 and 6 are upstairs. Bedroom 6 is the movie theater, so movie night ends when its guests are ready for bed.
