The Villa features breathtaking lake views, a private pool with optional heating or chilling, multiple entertainment spaces, theater area, billiards room, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, elevator access, and a maximum-size dock on the “big water” of Lake Oconee.

From the moment you enter, the home welcomes guests with soaring ceilings, expansive lake views, and a grand dining room with seating for up to 32 guests. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances including a six-burner range, double ovens, spacious refrigerator, ice machine, and everything needed to comfortably entertain large groups. Additional kitchens on the upper and lower levels provide even more convenience for families and gatherings.

The Villa offers multiple luxurious master suites and spacious guest accommodations across all three levels. The main level includes two private master suites along with additional guest bedrooms. Upstairs, guests will enjoy incredible lake views from the owner’s suite along with additional bedrooms and private baths. The fully furnished terrace level includes a large theater area with 80” screen, pool table room, additional living spaces, and multiple private guest suites.
