"Great stay for the price & owner Alex was very accommodating during my entire stay! Was a tad sad about technical difficulties while attempting to use WiFi (& I did let Alex know this too & he attempted to correct issue, to no avail) & inability to access thermostat (building's historic with no built-in temperature unit), I'd DEFINITELY still recommend it, as it's very comparable for the price!"

"Muito boa. O local é bem próximo à Kings Cross, super bem localizado, próximo aos principais pontos de interesse em Londres, seja à pé, seja pelo metrô ! O Pub é ótimo, com ótimas cervejas, e boa comida. Excelente preço. O único ponto consideado é que para subir aos quartos vc tem de usar a escada ( 2 andares ) e o banheiro é bem pequeno. mas no geral muito bom."

"O hotel é muito bom. Limpo e aconchegante. Chegamos antes do horário de check-in e como o quarto já estava pronto, a recepção nos liberou para fazer o check-in um pouco mais cedo. A localização é boa, tem restaurantes perto. Um rua bem tranquila tanto a noite como durante o dia. O transporte público funciona muito bem então mesmo que seja um pouco “longe” dos principais pontos turísticos, dá pra se locomover bem. "

The worst thing was the two different fees I was asked to pay, I was sent two different links for the same room (payment method) two links to pay £200.00, then I was sent a further two links to pay £100.00. therefore, I reported you, hopefully it can get my money back. "I had a very disappointing experience with this accommodation. When I arrived, I was unexpectedly asked to pay a holding deposit that had not been mentioned in the listing or prior communication. With no clarification or support, I was left in a difficult situation and ultimately had to find alternative accommodation at short notice. "Never even got to stay here after booking months and months ago for marathon weekend. The property originally confirmed the booking then went silent. We never got sent any check in details and they didn’t reply to our message on the app the day before check in asking for these. After worrying we’d turn up with nowhere to stay we contacted Hotels.com who contacted the property who then confirmed ‘they couldn’t find our booking’ and were now fully booked.
