We're right in the heart of town, making it easy to explore while guaranteeing a peaceful getaway. Whether you're flying solo, on a romantic retreat, or with a small group, our cozy and clean guesthouse has you covered.

We'd be thrilled to host your stay at our cozy VRBO in Frederick, CO! Notably, Frederick ranked as the #3 safest town in Colorado for 2023 by SafeWise, ensuring peace of mind during your visit. Our guesthouse is all about privacy – you'll have your own entrance and won't share space with anyone else.

Kitchen:

Our kitchen is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. You'll have access to a refrigerator, stove, oven, blender, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and a crock pot. Feel free to help yourself to any food or drinks stored in the refrigerator or kitchen cabinets. Underneath the upstairs TV cabinet, you'll find additional plates, bowls, serving ware, placemats and dish towels.

Living Room:

Unwind with our smart TV loaded with streaming services like Netflix, Disney Plus, and Hulu. You can sign into your own services if you'd like. Sink into relaxation on the comfy couch upstairs or enjoy a peaceful sleep in the upstairs bedroom's comfortable bed. For added flexibility, there's a pull-out couch downstairs with its own TV.

Sleeping:

Our place offers comfortable sleeping options for your stay. Upstairs, there's a full-size bed that promises a cozy night's sleep. Downstairs, the full-size pull-out couch provides additional sleeping space. Moreover, if you prefer a more casual sleeping spot, the upstairs couch can also accommodate a restful night if desired. We aim to ensure your comfort and flexibility during your stay!

Bathroom:

The beautifully tiled shower features a relaxing bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a long day. We've thoughtfully stocked the bathroom with all your essentials – shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for a refreshing cleanse, plush towels for your comfort, as well as lotion, hand soap, and a hair dryer for your convenience, ensuring you can easily freshen up and feel your best during your stay.

Garage:

The private garage is at your disposal too! You can use it for parking or to hang out.

Additional Details:

We're currently renting out the main home, but you'll have full, private access to the guesthouse. If you're traveling with children, we have a baby gate available to enhance safety during your visit. For your convenience, please let us know in advance if you'd like the baby gate installed. This way, we can make sure it's properly set up and ready for your arrival.
