Aside from clean sheets and towels for the first day of our stay, the property was very dirty. Property is in need of some serious renovation beyond the recent paint job.

Run down and nothing worked!
Heater kept room over 88degrees even when set at 63. TV didn’t work, phone didn’t work. Plugs were loose and didn’t work. We couldn’t wait to leave!

People friendly but rooms were dirty. Carpets and chairs were stained badly. Checked in dirty towels left on hooks from previous guests. First room they gave me heater would not shut off. Hotter than a rest home. .

Great staff, building NEEDS improvement
I want to start off by saying the staff is very accommodating and so so kind. Our TV wasn’t working when we got to the room and they made sure they got everything working before they left our room. The building and room itself needs some work. The carpets were not vacuumed, the bathroom was dirty. There was still a dirty towel hanging behind the door. The beds are very worn and really need to be replaced. The heater/AC in the room was not working properly. The heat is either on full blast or the unit had to be turned off. When we initially walked into our room it was a stifling 90 degrees. Because it was not bearable to leave the heat on through the night, there were some very cold nights. Would have been nice to have more than two bedsheets on the bed. There was no hot (or even warm) water in the shower or sink. After ice fishing all day, having to take a cold shower was torture. Again, the staff is here SO KIND! They greeted us every time we came in and left. But this building needs some major improvements.

Room was dirty. The bathroom was really dirty. The shower had something brown all over it. Looked like blood. There appears to be mold on the ceiling and the paint is peeling. Hair and dirt in the corners of the bathroom.

Overall property was ok. Somewhat off the main road but not difficult to find. The walls are thin, and you can hear other guests. Property was somewhat dated and didn't appear to be in the safest area but was fine. It is close to the police station.

Property was clean and the staff was nice. fair price. the only problem was no coffee cups in the morning and no one around to ask. came back later and there were cups but the coffee was cold.

Not paying attention
The bed was comfortable! Unfortunately they only had decaf coffee in the room. I used the packaged oatmeal and used “hot” water from a carafe and it was cold like it had been sitting overnight.

Very bad. Cash stolen. Avoid.
Grim room. Not clean. Wifi next to useless. AC worked but sounded like a 747 taking off. But the clincher was the $400 stolen from my room whilst it was being 'cleaned'. The money was hidden inside a document folder and inside my folded clothes so took some finding. Thankfully they didn't steal my passport. Lesson learnt. Staff are thieves.

Nicki at the front desk was terrific. Parking was convenient. Situated in a rundown Old Downtown area. Room was fine. Stained carpet, but otherwise very clean. Comfy bed and pillows. AC/Heat Control was hard to reach and fan was loud, but worked well. Glad to have mini fridge and microwave. Lightbulbs out above sink. Hot water for tub. Very quiet. Restful. Lackluster and messy/rundown breakfast serving area but coffee was good. Would have been nice to have more options for food. Office area was very neat. I hope someday the downtown area could be rehabbed!

This hotel was nuts. Beautiful views, but there were bugs all over the ceiling and pillows, blood under the bed skirt, boogers on the blankets, hair in the shower and nail clipping all over the floor. This is definitely a last resort hotel.

Rooms were decent but rest of property definitely lacked maintenance and upkeep. Cards were a pain as they kept demagnetizing. We tried to keep them away from our phones but later we found out you couldn’t even keep your keys close to it. That is almost an impossibility. Good location but that’s about it. Ladies at check were nice and helpful as well.

Mattress needs to be retired into the dumpster, sagged in the middle. Carpeting was just gross. The bathroom door squeaked so bad I’m sure the neighbors heard it open and close.

carpet was filthy. no ice bucket or cleanex tissues. tv channels were non existent. outside maintenance was awful. weve stayed in several super 8 motels and none were as bad as this one. last stay there ver and we come to green river a lot. will gladly pay a little more to stay anywhere else

The main reason for renting a room is to get sleep to be rested for driving or work, correct? Not here! Terrible bed, one of those where both people sink to the middle. Ugg!!! I was about to move to the floor. We have stayed at this property at least twice in the past. I was shocked to see how run down the property had has become, with ripped and faded carpet, a lack of basic maintenance, and patches on the side of the building. In our room, toilet kept running until we worked on it, the freezer in the small fridge was completely blocked by ice, and, there were numerous other issues. Sadly, I will not return to this property unless it is fully renovated, updated, and cleaned up.

This was a terrible property in almost every way. Dirty, worn, and without any amenities whatsoever. There wasn't even a place to hang a shirt. The carpet was horribly stained. Even the TV did not work properly. I know it's a budget hotel but they should take a lesson from Motel 6. It should be closed. Shame on Wydham for claiming it as their own.

Not to standard for Wyndham hotel.
Location was run down, but was ok. Service was good they were able to accommodate our early check-in. Room was slightly dirty found garbage on the floor from prior guest(s) and dirt in bathroom behind the door. Security was questionable, exterior door was missing a lock and has duct-tape over the striker so it would not lock.

Check in was very slow. Got to room and it was filthy had to have cleaning supplies to get the room clean. Mold in room, had to get our own blankets because beds had hair all over them.
