"We had wonderful time staying at this property. Easy walking distance to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. I would stay here again. Can see beach from kitchen island. Furniture was a bit dated especially in the living room, but for the price we weren’t too concerned."

"This Eugenia property is beautiful and decorated with sophistication and elegance. Just a minute walk to the beach! Communication with the property managers was amazing- very responsive! We enjoyed the pool and sunbathing on the deck, bicycling around the island and taking tennis and pickleball lessons. The shopping and dining on Kiawah Island and in Charleston are fantastic. We will be returning to this property! "

"Easy walk to beach, thoughtfully updated and decorated house with enough original details to be charming. Negatives were lack of essential cooking utensils and very beat up pans, couch, and deck furniture. Dealt with pet hair although we didn't bring our pets. Enjoyed our stay overall. "

"The villa was very nice and well-equipped, with a spectacular view of the ocean. The Kitchen could use some additional cooking items for true cooking, and the handle on the outside screen door was broken, but otherwise everything was well done, and as advertised. One thing we'd recommend is small battery-operated lights in teh stairway - it was very dark the first night, so we bought a couple and left them for future guests."

"Everything was great! Just as described. It's a compact room, but with everything needed to be comfortable when not at the beach. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and the beach itself felt remote even with all the buildings nearby. At low tide there was so much beach!! I got the resort passes but none of the facilities were pet friendly and they were quite adament about my wife not even carrying our tiny dog where pets weren't allowed. We made do. The beach itself was very pet friendly!...

"The house was grand. The setting was majestic. The kitchen was gourmet. The linens were luxurious through. However, the salt water has corroded all the sliding doors and locks. The sliding doors had closet poles in the tracks for locking security. Only the front door actually locked. This grand old house needs a major renovation. "This house has it all! Great location, nice coastal design, well-equipped kitchen, pool, bicycles that you can ride on the trails or beach. We loved the screen porch to enjoy the mild weather. So nice for each bedroom to have its own bathroom. For the beach, hosts provided chairs, towels, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, balls and frisbees. Kids, parents and grandparents loved staying here and will come again!"
