"We enjoyed our stay at Mariposa, the tone was set the moment we arrived. We checked in late and I went to go run in to give our information, our server Robby insured that he needed to greet us properly and asked all our guests to come in for a welcome drink which we thoroughly enjoyed, the kitchen was also waiting on to offer us dinner before they went home for the evening. We stayed in blue morpho which was close to the pool and bar. There was accessible parking. Staff was accompanying to all...
"Pine Ridge Lodge is a magical jungle retreat that created unforgettable memories for our family of four. The setting is serene and beautiful, with a small number of friendly animals that added to the charm without being overwhelming. Penomi, the front host, was always warm and welcoming, offering us thoughtful recommendations that made our stay even more enjoyable. The service throughout our stay was five star, personal, attentive, and full of heart.

"It was great. The waterfalls on site are stunning. The views from the restaurant are amazing and the staff was great. They were always friendly and attentive. The only complaint is that it needs some sort of AC for during the day. Fans weren't enough to keep the room cool in the hot season. Other times of the year I'm sure it's perfect. "We had the best time at Chaa Creek. From the time that we were picked up at the airport, the warmth, the attention to detail, and the overall quality of service was amazing. We used their taxi service to take us to various places and the drivers were like tour guides and super helpful. The food at the restaurant was great and the staff were friendly. "Warrie Head was a wonderful surprise. The grounds are beautiful and swimming in the river is so much fun. The food is great and the rooms clean and well kept. "Beautiful property within a community still being built. This is going to be a fantastic development when fully finished. You definitely will need a 4-wheel drive vehicle to access it (especially in the rainy season). Comfy beds and pillows, cool A/C, lovely pool, beautiful views, all the comforts of home away from home. Stay here, you will not be disappointed! Enjoy!!!"

"Não é hotel para brasileiros. Sabe hotel precário de beira de estrada, então é pior um pouquinho. Instalações precárias, o teto é tipo de palha e cai uma sujeira em tudo (mala, roupas etc). Banheiro horroroso. Ficamos num dos bangalôs que tinha até um tamanho bom. Mas so isso de elogio. "

De forma geral, o local é bastante quente, então não conseguimos aproveitar a varanda ou a área externa; no interior do quarto, o ar condicionado foi bastante eficaz para manter o conforto térmico. O quarto estava bem limpo, é espaçoso e conta com uma pequena cozinha muito bem equipada. Apesar da mata ao redor, não havia insetos no interior do quarto, pois todas as janelas são teladas. Foi uma estadia agradável. "
