"We enjoyed our stay at Mariposa, the tone was set the moment we arrived. We checked in late and I went to go run in to give our information, our server Robby insured that he needed to greet us properly and asked all our guests to come in for a welcome drink which we thoroughly enjoyed, the kitchen was also waiting on to offer us dinner before they went home for the evening. "Calico Jack's in a hidden gem in Belize! You really feel like you are in the jungle on their lush grounds. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and they clearly care about their guests. We loved the activities they offer, such as the zip lining only a 10 min walk from our room.
Be sure to stay for breakfast and order the Stuffed Fry Jacks, they were the best we had in Belize!

"Pine Ridge Lodge is a magical jungle retreat that created unforgettable memories for our family of four. The setting is serene and beautiful, with a small number of friendly animals that added to the charm without being overwhelming. "Não é hotel para brasileiros. Sabe hotel precário de beira de estrada, então é pior um pouquinho. Instalações precárias, o teto é tipo de palha e cai uma sujeira em tudo (mala, roupas etc). Banheiro horroroso. Ficamos num dos bangalôs que tinha até um tamanho bom. Mas so isso de elogio. "

De forma geral, o local é bastante quente, então não conseguimos aproveitar a varanda ou a área externa; no interior do quarto, o ar condicionado foi bastante eficaz para manter o conforto térmico. O quarto estava bem limpo, é espaçoso e conta com uma pequena cozinha muito bem equipada. Apesar da mata ao redor, não havia insetos no interior do quarto, pois todas as janelas são teladas. Foi uma estadia agradável. "
