"Our room did not have a hair dryer, the front desk provided one but it did not work. The blanket on the bed had several tears in it and should have been thrown away. The breakfast was only ok—Hostess pastries, yuck, eggs and sausage were lowest quality and gross—Waffle was good. Communication shows that you are trying… providing honest feedback so you know what could be improved."

"My room was spacious and very clean, the breakfast had good options, and the guest laundry was good. Located midway between downtown and the airport. Downtown and both sides of the river are easily accessible via bike/pedestrian path that runs next To the hotel."

"Over all stay was great, however there were some glitches due to a software update a few days prior to our stay that complicated check in for the staff and issues of key cards being deactivatived. The only contolable issue was some minor housekeeping duties that were not fully completed prior to check in. Staff were very helpful and polite through the uncontrollable circumstances."

"The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They remembered me and said hi to me and when my flight was canceled, they let me stay in my room while I figured out how to rearrange my plans. I'd stay here every time I visit omaha, I love that its historic and independently owned. Room was big and clean, as was the bathroom. Location was awesome. Walkable to lots of parts of downtown and Old Market."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. Kiki at the front desk was amazing and fun to interact with. I would have given a 5 star review except for the mattress in the room. It was way too firm for my husband and I. We left with aching backs."
