Biemeret Garden is a mid-century property renovated with a mix of modern & classic. Enter into a spacious living area that includes ample, comfortable seating, board games, and a 50` smart TV, linked to Amazon Prime, YouTube TV, and Disney Plus. Floor to ceiling windows provide an abundance of natural light that overlooks a wooded, city park.

The well-equipped kitchen is stocked for your stay with local craft beer and complimentary coffee. The unique built-in hutch provides plenty of plates, bowls, and glassware for your dining needs. Stainless steel appliances with a gas oven, fridge, and dishwasher are all less than 3 years old. Creamer and sugar is provided next to the Keurig.

The Master Bedroom has a queen-sized bed with 2` memory foam topper. (It is extremely comfortable!) Equipped with a smart-home Nest hub that controls speakers throughout the home. Lots of natural light pours in through the windows; blackout curtains are also provided. A luggage rack, closet space, and charging station all are provided to help guests feel at home.

Guest room (white room) also features a comfortable queen-sized bed. Dresser and closet space--including ironing board and iron--as well as bedside charging station are provided.

The full bathroom includes a multi-mode showerhead, full tub, and a square vessel sink. A wide array of complimentary toiletries are provided for anything you may have forgotten at home. A touch-less shower dispenser has you covered with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

A washer and dryer are available in the basement, with complimentary laundry pods and dryer sheets.

The highlight of Biemeret Garden is the landscaped backyard. A modern horizontal, wooden privacy fence allows you to relax with a morning cup of coffee or an evening bonfire. Solo Stove provided for guest use! Cafe lights adorn the patio, equipped with outdoor furniture and a grill. Beautifully landscaped yard with mature plants and a well-maintained yard. Enjoy access to quality cornhole boards, KanJam and sports balls.

Please Note: This home is kid-friendly but not kid-proof. A baby gate is provided, however, this home is not set up for infants. Guests will be responsible for ensuring child safety during their stay.
