We booked this hotel for its central location and good rating on Expedia (higher when we booked). It offered breakfast and a pool, which seemed ideal. The gentleman who checked us in and out was kind and professional.
Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. Cleanliness: The room didn’t appear to be properly cleaned—dust throughout, a dirty comforter, and random hairs. The pool had bugs and a film on the surface. Noise: There’s a gap under the room doors, so we heard everything in the hall plus cars racing on US34 all night. Service: We received a text asking about our stay, but my reply only got an auto-response. We were told housekeeping wouldn’t come until day 3, yet they came after night one and still didn’t change the dirty bedding. Outside of check-in/out, staff were rarely seen (only heard chatting in the back). Breakfast: On the first morning, well before the end time, the area was completely wiped out with no food and almost coffee left. The other mornings were better. Facilities: The elevator worked the first day but not after. Signs had handwritten Radisson stickers, and wall décor was crooked or missing, making the hotel feel unfinished.
Overall, while the location was convenient and staff we dealt with polite, the lack of cleanliness, noise, inconsistent service, and run-down feel made our stay disappointing. We wouldn’t stay again.
