You enter the property via the car park with parking for 2 cars. Steps lead up to a terrace with a private swimming pool and superb views over the Aegean sea. On the next level there is a great hexagonal pergola with comfortable seating, a large terrace with an outside dining area, surrounded by beautiful gardens. Here you enter the villa via the open plan living/kitchen/dining area. Fully fitted kitchen, comfortable seating for 5 people, air con, mosquito nets, Satelite TV, WIFI, shower room, double bedroom with a queen sized double bed, air conditioning, fitted cupboards, mosquito nets, double doors leading out on to a terrace with fabulous views. Stairs lead up from the living room to the upstairs bedroom and shower room. The bedroom has bunk beds and a small single bed, suitable for a child, air con, fitted cupboards, mosquito nets, bathroom and double doors that lead out onto another terrace with spectacular views, lovely gardens and an outside shower room. Tilt and turn doors and windows, air conditioning and mosquito nets throughout the villa.
Please note you will be renting the owners home and not a hotel. A cleaning and laundry fee of €200.00 is payable in cash on your arrival. This cleaning and laundry fee covers your end of stay cleaning and laundry. Also it includes a mid clean laundry change and bathroom clean if staying more than 7 nights.
