Villa Μare Monte is a truly unique holiday home with private pool, finished to the highest standard and located in the exclusive area of Tria Monastiria , just a few kms away from the beautiful city of Rethymno . Offering large gardens,tennis-soccer court , basketball backyard court , superb interiors, breathtaking views to the sea and the sunset, Villa Mare Monte is the perfect choice for a luxury holiday in Crete. Relax by the private pool, or enjoy the views while drinking a glass of local wine, or simply spend lazy hours sunbathing under the shining Cretan sun: this property will be able to amaze even the most demanding guests.

Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors and has been built to the highest standard.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with adjoining kitchen . Large windows and doors, provide ample lighting and easy access to the veranda, as well as pool and BBQ areas.There are comfortable sofas, satellite tv, wi-fi internet, dining table for 8, together with a fully equiped kitchen.On the ground floor there is also an office equiped with a multifunction printer for those who want to work remotely in their vacation , a modern decorated bedroom and a useful bathroom.
Stairs lead up to the first floor, with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and one large bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub . All the bedrooms have big patio doors opening straight to furnished terrace providing amazing views over the gardens, the pool, the Mediterranean Sea and the sunset. On the upper floor there is also a laundry room equiped with a washing machine and a dryer .
At the second floor you will find a luxury living room with amazing view to Mediterranean ocean view and a fully equiped kitchen .
Finally at the loft you will find an air conditioned bedroom with a window with sea view and a second window with a mountain view .

Outside, Villa Mare Monte is a true oasis within the beautiful Cretan nature ! There are plenty of mature trees, shrubs, flowers, paved terraces , gardens and and a playground for children. Spending long hours under the shining sun, or strolling around the gardens, will be a true delight! A dining area (table for 12 guests) with barbecue is available for delicious meals, and plenty of seating areas are available all around the grounds. The private swimming pool measures 40sqm (depth 1.5m) and is beautifully lit at night. Comfortable sunbeds are available for the guests to enjoy.
Also you will be able to enjoy an exceptional tennis , basketball or soccer experiene on our brand new private courts .
