The 320 sq. m two-storey villa combines traditional style, a peaceful atmosphere and modern amenities for restful holidays, perfect for families and children or a group of friends! Indoor layout
Entering the villa on the ground floor on your left, there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa and a fireplace and the indoor dining area, that opens up to a veranda with a sitting area offering sea views. The fully equipped kitchen offers top quality fixtures and appliances, as well as a dining table for 6 and access to outdoor area which leads to the pool area through a staircase. Adjacent to the kitchen, a second living room boasts a comfy sofa, 42" HDTV and a fireplace.The right side of the ground floor hosts an office space and a bedroom with a double bed, 32" TV, closet and en-suite bathroom with shower. The bedroom also has a loft with an office space and a bookshelf with books.


Reaching the first floor through a staircase, guests can find the remaining 4 bedrooms of the villa. The first bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and a loft with a single bed. The second bedroom is the master bedroom with a double bed, a walk in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with hydromassage bathtub. The third and forth bedroom have 2 single beds and a double bed respectively with en-suite bathrooms. All the bedrooms are equipped with a 32" TV and a balcony with sea or garden views.


Outdoor area
Villa Simone is located in a 1,300 sq. m private land, surrounded by various trees and flowers, offering several facilities and spots for relaxation, including:
- A 45 sq.m. private swimming pool
- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas, outdoor tables and chairs) for relaxing in the veranda and the gardens around the villa
