Set on a 10,000 sq. m. plot overlooking the Aegean Sea in the village of Amnatos, Villa Amnalys is a private hillside retreat designed to offer both panoramic views and seclusion. The villa features nine bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 18 guests, or up to 20 if needed.
Among these, seven independent bungalows provide the perfect balance of privacy and connection, allowing guests to enjoy time together while still having their own space. Surrounded by olive groves, and perched just above the sea, Villa Amnalys is ideally located for those looking to explore Crete, while enjoying the peace of a fully staffed, exclusive residence.
Villa Amnalys is fully staffed to ensure a seamless and relaxing stay. Daily service is available from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, including housekeeping and assistance with grocery shopping (note: the cost of groceries is not included). Staff visits are flexible and can be tailored to your preferences to ensure privacy and convenience. Whether youre enjoying a quiet morning on the terrace or a sunset by the pool, our team is here to handle the details so you can focus on enjoying your time. INFORMATION ABOUT THE AREA
The Villa is located in the picturesque village of Amnatos.
Villa Amnalys offers a full privacy with amazing sea view in its luxury settings a little 10-15 minutes drive to several beautiful beaches or to the old town of Rethymno where are the main shops and restaurants.
The surrounding area is a quiet, natural environment ideal for relaxation but also very close to all kinds of supplies shops, restaurants and various services. You can find many grocery shops in Stavromenos village which is 6 km away but also the closest big living areas where you can find a variety of bakeries, supermarkets, nightlife and restaurants are the well known tourist areas of Platanias and Adelianos Kampos which are 10 min drive away.
Next to the villa is Amnatos village, the last village on the way to the historical Monastery of Arkadi. The village is built on a rocky and high location having superb views across the valley of Rethymno. The location enables visitors to explore the archaeological site & new built museum of ancient Eleftherna and caves of Melidoni and Zoniana which are some of the most famous tourist destinations in central Crete. Due to the location of the village and the terrain in the area, there are many beautiful hiking and biking trails as to the nearby village of Kapsaliana where you can find the Museum of Olive.
