"Perhaps the only place in South Africa where we were not treated well. The staff always looked unfriendly, as if they were doing us a favor, with no cordiality at all. Breakfast was charged separately, and the staff made no effort to explain how it worked. On the positive side, our room (which was actually almost an apartment) was enormous — the biggest we have ever stayed in. "Great location, very nice and clean property and very large unit. One big problem - we stayed in the winter, the a/c and heating is only in the living room. The bedroom is very cold and the master bathroom is freezing. Completely freezing. On top of that, the unit is very dark. Living area and kitchen have only one ceiling light with very dim light and bathroom was missing a light bulb. After asking for a heater and additional light bulb they were provided but the living area was still very dark...
