The chalet has a lounge of neutral design and two matching sofas for relaxation in front of the cosy fire with an adjoining well-equipped kitchen

Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The front-facing double bedroom has a quality mattress and memory foam topper to ensure a peaceful nights sleep. The 2nd bedroom in 145 is a bunk-room and has its own pull out bed. (All are full sized 3' x 6'3")

A family bathroom with an electric over-bath shower completes the light and airy feel in a sleek and stylish fashion.

As part of complex of 3 adjoined chalets this offers the ideal solution for the larger group or family and equally perfect for the small family wanting a coastal holiday or for couples looking to get away from it all.

There is ample parking to the side and rear of the property with an open communal lawn to the front.

A clean, unspoilt sandy beach awaits you within a five minute walk and there are so many attractions in the area that you will want to come back and again.

From the Nature Reserve at Martham Broad, Ormesby Broad Ormesby Broad, Rollesby Broad and Filby Broad that offer beautiful views of both the landscape and the local wildlife. Motor boats aren’t allowed on these broads so heightening a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. There are opportunities to hire a boat and fish.

A little further and you will find the larger Broads again with picturesque scenery and where you can hire a motor boat or take advantage of the excursion boats.

Not to be missed is Horsey Gap where you will find a colony of seals; the Seal warden is always happy to share his knowledge of these wonderful creatures
