Harvest Hide-away is a stunning, light, airy newly completed home with a private, hot tub for star gazing, in an enclosed garden.

Located in Rollesby, a peaceful Broads village, a 7 min stroll to a farm shop, 10 min drive to hire a cruiser for a day or launch a kayak. The seaside is within easy reach with an abundance of beautiful beaches, most dog friendly & no restrictions; the nearest a 10-min drive. What's not to love!

Upstairs you'll find our master bedroom which has a super comfy euro-king sized bed (that’s bigger than a king-size!) with a topper and an ensuite bathroom with a toilet, sink, shaving point, twin electric toothbrush charger and mirror with a large, walk-in shower fitted with both rainwater and normal shower heads. There's a hairdryer, earring holder and magnifying mirror.

Downstairs there's a light, airy living room which opens into our spacious, well-equipped kitchen with some starter basic groceries and all the appliances you'll need, via glass doors. With a corner sofa, armchair and large oak table, there is plenty of room for board games or a jigsaw. Our smart TV is wall mounted and 55 inches; we provide Netflix, Amazon and catch up TV. We have under floor heating so it is cosy in the winter.

French doors lead to a large, enclosed garden - perfect for four legged friends, which hosts our large hot tub for you to luxuriate in. With outdoor seating, patio area and BBQ this is the perfect space for watching the sun go down, and the stars come out.

On the ground floor you'll also find a spacious room with toilet and sink. Immediately outside we have a bench upon which to quietly contemplate, in the sunshine with a morning coffee and parking spaces, so there is even room to bring a boat on a trailer!

Our home is perfect for a short winter break to see the seal pups (Nov-March) at nearby Horsey beach, followed by a brisk beach walk and a warm up in our hot tub.



Please be advised that our Hot Tub times are strictly 10am to 10pm to suit our neighbours work and sleep times. Our Hot Tub Guy will leave you a schedule of his procedure and visits to check the chemical levels so everyone is kept safe.

This listing is for 2 guests and their pets staying at Harvest Hideaway. We do advertise our home for 6 people as our property does have an extra 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. These will be locked off during your stay so our cleaning team can provide a more competitive rate, so we can offer stays in our lovely home for just 2 people!
