The spacious living room has enough comfortable seating for four people, a wood burning stove and a large smart TV. An opening to the kitchen gives the feeling of space, and means this is a sociable place to spend your holiday with friends or family. The well equipped kitchen has an electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There's a table in the kitchen which seats four people. A door from the kitchen leads to the garage where you'll find a washing machine.

Bedroom one overlooks the back garden and has a comfortable king size bed. The en suite has a walk in shower, washbasin and WC. Bedroom two has twin single (3') beds. There is also a garden room with patio doors leading to the large back garden - the perfect place to curl up on the sofa and relax with a book or watch TV. In the bathroom there's a bath, separate shower, washbasin and WC.

Outside, the large enclosed rear garden has patio furniture for al fresco dining. Cobbles End has off road parking for two cars. Up to two dogs are welcome at Cobbles End. Dogs are welcome throughout living areas of the property, but please keep them off the furniture.
