"We had a perfect stay at the Strozzi Palace in Cheltenham. The building is very well located, close to the High Street, shops and restaurants, but yet at a tranquil and silent comer of the city. The apartment is beatifully decorated, well equipped and impeccably clean. Self check in was super easy. Highly recommended."

"General stay was good, hotel was nice and clean. However access was a pain due to the dedicated app they use to access the property. I never initially received the email for activating and nor did anothe couple. Which led to a bit of a wait. Stay lets quickly remedied this however."

"This apartment is a great little place to stay. About a 2 minute walk away from town and to local groceries. Serra was an excellent communicator and made check in easy. The WiFi is sound and a great selection of shows/movies available on Netflix/disney. The only complaint I have is the property is advertised as having a washer and dryer, but I did not see a dryer at the property."

"This pictures honestly don’t do this place justice… a stunning and spacious home with some beautiful details. Super clean, decorated beautifully with towels, everything you could need in the kitchen, lovely beds, shower gel… The host was extremely helpful after having some issues with a different site and switching over to vrbo. Great communication from start to finish with a super friendly and helpful person! A great central location on a safe road with registered parking, plenty of things...

"We love Chipping Norton and will return. When we do we hope that this property is available. It is charming, well appointed and clean. The kitchen was perfect for the two of us and we cooked Ms y meals at home during our 2 week stay. Vicky and John, our hosts are all about making sure their guests are comfortable and all needs are met. We asked about availability of a barbeque and that day, John was over delivering a barbecue and charcoal for us to use. The location is amazing! Walking distance...

"We checked in late at night and would have liked to have paid by cash but it was card only. Would have liked to have used a lift as I have a leg injury but understand that the hotel is old so it didn’t have one. The room & bathroom was modern with tea & coffee making facilities. The highlight of the short stay was the breakfast, for how little the breakfast cost was it was unbelievable value and very nice. All in all the one night stay was extremely good value for money. "

"Junto a rodovia, este Íbis é fácil para quem está viajando de carro. Com um Mc Donald’s a porta, e um restaurante ele serviu muito bem para uma noite. A simpatia de Laura fez a diferença. Ela nos recebeu, levou a roupa de cama e banho para nós que estava faltando, nos deu dicas e nos fez sentir em casa. O café da manhã muito bom. A única coisa que pegou foi a limpeza, haviam m&m debaixo do sofá cama, que só notamos pela necessidade de abri-lo para minha filha dormir."
