"31 on the Terrace is an awesome stay. We will definitely stay here again if we travel through this way. The host is very gracious and the room has everything that you could ever want or need. It is right in the downtown area close to shops and bakeries and lots of fabulous restaurants as well. The room even has a private balcony, which is just wonderful."

"When you book a stay here and you arrive, you get the feeling you are staying in a big home. There are so many homely people touches eg a fire in the lounge, chocolates there too and some port for the end of the night, beautiful comfy beds and spacious bathrooms. Great range of breakfast options too. Staff were very warm and friendly with all the guests."

"Chambres vastes et confortables avec petit réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, vaisselle de petit déjeuner pour trois personnes. Petite table avec deux chaises et télévision très bien. Serviettes et draps propres. Salle de bain de l'époque mais très fonctionnelle et le charme de l'ancien. Cuisine commune et salle de jeux comme décrites mais nous n'en avons pas assez profité. Par contre temps trop froid pour se baigner à la piscine et salle de gym non testée. "
