"We came to SC for Gridlife and I couldn’t reccomend this property more, it was worth the 40 min drive to the event each day! Elliott is an amazing host.. the communication was 10/10. The home/property was beautiful and the area felt safe and private if you’re looking for privacy! It couldn’t have been better & we will definitely be back. If you’re debating it, just go ahead and hit confirm. I promise you won’t regret it! :)"

"We stayed at this house 5 years ago and my boys and grandkids had such a great time everyone wanted to go back. The house is great with 8 bedrooms , 3 bathrooms, very nice kitchen and dining room area. The house right on lake Wateree SC and there is a dock for fish and swimming. They also have a paddleboard, kayak, and folding chairs to use. We all had a great time fishing and swimming it was a great family time together. "The house was clean, nicely decorated and CONVENIENT to where we needed to be (Winthrop University and the Oratory). We were only there to sleep and eat breakfast. It was very nice with no real problems. It was a quiet neighborhood (no dogs barking through the night as a few reviews stated). You could hear the early morning train (thus the house's name) but it was in the distance and I found it comforting not annoying. I don't think it would even wake an infant. Maybe next time we will have time...

"We stayed for a few days with family. It was a relaxing time and the house had plenty of space and the kitchen was well-stocked with appliances, dishes, etc. The access to the lake right off the yard was great and everyone had fun paddle-boarding, floating in tubes, and fishing. It was extremely hot outside, but we made the most of it! "
