"I want to say that this was the worst experience that I’ve had at any hotel. Do not go to this hotel. The manager is really rude and aggressive. The rooms are dirty and they smell like cigarettes and really bad. The floors are sticky and dirty. They only give you one towel and one little bar soap, no conditioner, no hygiene products. when we arrived the room was not even ready, and once we complained within an hour of the sticky floors, dirty rooms and smell we weren’t given any type of refund....

"Breakfast was the best part of the stay. Food was delicious. Lack of soap was replaced by body lotion for had washing. Air vent in bathroom was held in by only one screw and left a space large enough for any critter of rat size to come through. No critters were actually spotted."
