"As always staff and service excellent, however we had poor WiFi reception in our room this time but there was renovation works being carried out on other floors which may have effected the signal.. Cooked breakfast is always tasty and well served! Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon ..."

"The hotel's refurbishment in public areas limits its current standard, and potential to be relaxing. Rooms need the refurb, however, and will hopefully get it soon. The restaurant is good, and staff are generally friendly and helpful, but cleaning is below par, notably lack of deep cleaning."
