"It was the cheapest option available on Expedia. Location was absolutely perfect. All the main shops were 7-10 minutes walk from my apartment. Beach was on 8 min walk. Room was reasonably clean. No problem with checking in. Nice quiet spot for rest after the full day of excitement. Can’t complain about anything for the price I paid. With little bit of TLC the owner can get double the amount of money."

"Quality of furniture in the apartment is really poor with one dining seat being dangerous and mattress on all beds poor. Showers are best left to run for at least 15 minutes till they heat up and was disappointed there was only the kitchen area to sit in which had no tv but one in main bedroom. Stairs are a killer and was not advised about available parking to the rear which I only found on our last night. Can’t fault how clean it all was and it was £100’s cheaper than everything else nearby....

"Lovely 3 bed ground floor flat. 2 doubles and a single. Pet friendly although in the end we left our dog at home. Private garden space down some steps at the side of the house. Parking for 1 car on the drive at front of house. Located just behind the park with a very short walk to the seafront and shops. Perfect for those who want to park up and relax. Very quiet road. Buses are a convenient way to get around and run from Skegness to mablethorpe quite frequently."
