The Space:

Our large, family-friendly cabin is packed with amenities and fun for couples, families, or groups of friends.



The cabin includes:

- 4 bedrooms, with two queen beds in the upstairs loft bedroom, and 2 bedrooms on the first floor with a queen bed in each - Finished basement with a queen bed & twin bed and a sleeper sofa plus another sleeper sofa in the main living room

- Huge windows and a vaulted ceiling – letting in tons of natural light during the day

- Fully-stocked kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher

- Smart TV where you can quickly sign-in to your favorite streaming service

- WiFi that's good enough to stream movies and hold video calls

- Wood stove to curl up next to when it’s cold (don’t worry, we have electric heat too!)

- AC to keep you comfortable when it’s warm



And outside the cabin, you’ll find:

- Brand new hot tub! Perfect for relaxing after a long day

- Large, wraparound deck with a propane grill

- Outside fire pit with Adirondack chairs for the whole gang

- An outdoor yard game treasure box full of activities for kids and adults: corn hole, volleyball, soccer and kick balls, horseshoes, and many more!



Speaking of which, we often take our two little kids and dog to the cabin with us, so we're very family- and dog-friendly. Unfortunately we don't allow cats (we're allergic).



Beyond the cabin itself, we love how close to Berkeley Springs – just a 20 min drive away. Berkeley Springs has been voted one of the top arts communities in the US, and has fantastic breweries, restaurants, and shops for you to enjoy!
