"The property was clean and smelled nice. Our suite was also very clean with plenty of clean towels and pool towels. Our tub was clogged and immediately they sent maintenance to fix it. Everyone was exceptional on the day shift. No bugs were observed. My complaints are the beds were brick hard, pillows sucked, and hot water wasn’t very hot, but property was completely booked. "The lady at the front desk was wonderful to deal with. She got us checked in quickly and was very friendly and helpful with making our stay pleasant. The room was very nice and the amenities were an added bonus. Would definitely stay there again."

"Virginia Beach was just ok, nothing spectacular. Every restaurant was sticky from the floors to the tables, ants on plates, the people were like night of the living zombies. I crossed this off my list. The hotel served its purpose."

"Been here four times. Always a good experience. I get a single bed ocean front with kitchen and balcony. Pool is small and can get busy and there are families. The beach is steps away and is huge. Always great views, quiet and safe are of VB. Definitely recommend and will stay here again. "

"I’m not sure who worked the 5th both morning and evening at the front desk, I didn’t catch their names, but these beautiful ladies were amazing. I also wanna thank the cleaning staff for doing an amazing job at keeping the hotel clean. It was a beautiful experience and I slept amazingly well. "

"Really nice hotel. The bed was comfortable and when they sent me a text to ask how my stay was going I mentioned that I had to close the shower door hard to get it to stay closed. I didn’t think it was a serious problem but they had someone there to fix it in 10 minutes. There were some kids in the room above us that were running around and jumping a lot but that was on the parents to control them. This hotel is in a great location and this was our second stay there.
