As camareiras só arrumavam os banheiros, mas não deixavam toalhas suficientes, todos os dias tive q solicitar mais toalhas de banho. Em 2 dias nem as camas arrumaram. Localização ruim, sem carro nada se faz. Café da manhã ruim poucas opções e local super apertado apenas 3 mesas e uma bancada."

"After I booked 3 hours later the host responded that they needed the house for thier convenience. And that I had to find another property to book. I responded if they had another property with a pool. They told no they were going to refund me my money back. So in other words they used thier authority and cancelled my booking so that they could enjoy thier selfs and inconvenience me and my family. I wouldy refer them to no one. "The home is amazing and it was such a great place to bring a large group. As other reviews have said, it could use some updates, but we thoroughly enjoyed the place and will comeback next year! The property is not in Buford and it was listed as such. It is in Gainesville on the backside of the lake. Hopefully VRBO corrects this. The owner was great to work with."

"Postives: Brand new washer and dryer Huge place, plenty of room Lovely back seating area-no mosquitoes! Negatives: Cement walkway from the parking was literally crumbling and the senior citizens in our party had issues. Not a great parking situation. Roaches-send someone to pick up all the dead (and living) roaches before your guests arrive. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner Kitchen is bare bones No extra blankets or throws. We got coldish at night."

"Check in was easy and painless. Owner even offered is an early check in. No issues with getting in. No issues with the property being clean. There was even some condiments there of which I really appreciated. The living instructions were plain and simple and easy to understand. I will tell my friends and stay there again!!"

"Had a few small issues that were qmcommunicated with the property manager on our arrival. They were not able to correct the issues before my stay ended but it was a minor inconvenience and the property manager communicated that they could not fix the problem quickly. To me, communication was handled so promptly that it didn't matter. Besides the lake, the views each morning, and the cleanliness of the overall property made a great week to come home each night after working in the area all day....

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely vacation home with our adult children and grandchildren. The layout suited us perfectly, the amenities were awesome and J and the property manager were very nice and quick to respond. We rented a boat from a nearby rental company for the whole time we were there, but honestly, we could have just rented it for half the time as the kids and adults had so much fun just enjoying the property!"

"Someone had left the heat on in our room and it was 85 degrees in there when we checked in. It was after 11pm and would take too long to cool down. The front desk staff was amazing and immediately switched us to a different room. The room was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. Every staff member we encountered were very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here! "
