"The property location was handy right off the freeway, yet I never heard freeway noise once in my room. Check in was easy-peasy. She gave me a room close to the office with easy access to my car. The room was clean and had everything I needed. I like the new flooring over the carpeting. "

"I usually don’t stay in Oroville when I come to visit family, but since my mother was in the ICU at Oroville Hospital I wanted to be closer. The Villa accepts pets. 20 a night per pet is excessive though. Places on the higher end are usually $10 a night and cap at $50 (if they charge at all). If there is a next time I’ll make sure to bring my pet’s ESA certificate. The place was quiet. The parking lot is mostly enclosed. There were a lot of people wandering around outside, but I feel like most...
