"The cabin is directly on the beach, you can hear the waves through an open window at night. The place is clean with great amenities including access to kayak and paddleboards, a delightful outdoor shower and lots of room to swim. The host is friendly and welcoming, she has a ton of local information and is responsive to any issues. The area is quiet and a lovely place to rest and relax. "

"Property was well maintained. We only stayed for 1 night arriving in the early evening. The cottage met out needs nicely full fridge, BBQ, 2 burners hot plate. No oven but we were expecting that and tailored our food choices around it. Even had a bonus visit from on of the neighboring cats in the morning. "

"Wonderful chalet in a beautiful wooded area with easy access. Very clean with all the amenities we needed, and all recently updated. Communication with host was easy with quick responses and were even allowed to check-in early to take advantage of beautiful weather on the day we arrived since nobody stayed the night before. "Lovely property with a fabulous view! Plenty of space and rooms were well separated allowing for privacy. Found everything that we needed for a one week stay. I was worried that because it was not air conditioned we would be too hot as they were calling for temperatures in the mid 30’s. In fact it was not an issue. "Enjoyed a quiet weekend here in October. We primarily stayed in the cabin reading for the weekend as it was rainy but enjoyed the views and birdwatching from the deck. The location is very private tucked away in the trees. The cabin is rustic on the outside but well appointed inside. Very clean and comfortable for two people. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and the bathroom is really nice with a large shower. "

"Plenty of room. Great views. Fabulous private beach. Water warm enough in August for swimming.Craig gave us a recommendation for renting a boat from Jones Brothers rentals. We had a great time in a pontoon boat. They came over to Riondel marina to pick up our captain.Over the years, we have rented a out a dozen places for or gatherings. The was definitely in the top 3."

"Claudia was a lovely host and the premises were superb. Enjoyed the property and proximity to the lake. It is somewhat removed and off a busier road which makes it isolated and a solid drive to get any additional groceries or to get into town. Not an issue, but something to be mindful of. The cabin was well equipped and very clean. Big plus is the great deck and that it’s pet friendly. Would stay there again and recommend it to others. "
