Unique, 2 separate levels. Great for multiple families or large group. Private 150ft of lakefront. Situated on the beautiful and clear waters of the Gravois Arm. Views for miles. Parking for 4-5 vehicles. Central heat /AC. Multiple decks and outdoor entertainment spaces with a fire pit. Lower level 2 Queen bed studio, kitchenette, full bath, TV, glassed in and air conditioned window room, 3 futons, washer/dryer and dining table. Upstairs has 2 Queen bedrooms, full bath, full kitchen-dining room, sectional sofa, TV, and fireplace. Additional screened in front porch with 2 outdoor sofas and a TV. Sleeps 10. Great crappie, bass, and catfishing off of the huge private 2 well dock. One covered boat slip for use with your stay. Luxurious outdoor flagstone floor shower with rain shower head, 5 kayaks, 2 large swim platforms with ladders for swimming/sunbathing, chairs for the dock, a paddle boat, 3 children kayaks, 2 adult kayaks are all included with this private lake getaway! Plenty of room to park your boat trailer. Boat ramp and boat rental near by. Minutes by boat or car to popular lakeside resturants such as Lake Burger, Coconuts and Jolly Rogers. Come enjoy a relaxing lake of the Ozarks vacation!

Regras da propriedade

No smoking. Quiet time after 10pm , guests must bag and dispose of pet waste in waste receptacles. No fireworks or smoking on boat dock or property.
No parties, no tampons or wipes down toilets they will clog the septic system and will require a drain snake at $300 per occurrence. Smoking $350 fee.
No feeding stray animals. Open boat slip is for renter use. Please no glass in outdoor areas. No grease down drains. All trash must be bagged.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. The property is two separate units that are not attached in any way from the inside. However, they do connect through outdoor steps. The family members who stayed in the bottom unit would not describe the unit as having two distinct bedrooms since you walk into what appears to be a converted porch area to get to the larger bedroom. There are only curtains separating the converted bedroom with futon and the main bedroom. The bathroom also has some privacy issues, such as holes/cracks in the wood door. There is also a window going from the bathroom and into the converted porch area that only has a curtain separating the space. This would all be fine, but I don't recall seeing this explained in the listing. Our family likes our own personal spaces and bathroom privacy when we travel. This may be a non-issue for some people, but I would find it helpful to know. On a positive note, the dock and being directly on the lake is very nice.

We absolutley loved our stay! This was our second year and we will be returning for many years to come. Our kids absolutely love this vacation and look forward to it every year! The outdoor shower is amazing, the dock and house are very clean and very well maintained. We couldn't be happier!

We had a great stay! The house was perfect for us and our family. Having the downstairs area was nice for our daughter, son-in-law and grandbaby. The house had everything we needed, and the outside shower was awesome. The dock is very nice and easy to get in and out of the lake with 2 sets of steps. We rented a boat from Mermaid Cove and Marina which is very close to the house.

We had a nice stay. We had plenty of room on the dock, we rented a boat and we were able to easily secure it. We caught lots of fish ( and released ) and the AC worked very well. It was a nice week.

Peaceful Lake Stay with Great Amenities and Responsive Host

We had a great stay at this lake house! The upstairs has been beautifully remodeled and feels fresh and modern, while the lower level is a bit older but still very comfortable. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed, and there was plenty of outdoor seating both by the house and down at the dock — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.One surprise was that the lower level bathroom window had only a blind separating it from the outer area, but it was manageable. We especially loved using the kayaks and fishing off the dock — definite highlights of the trip! The beds were very comfortable and our group of 7 slept well during our week at the house.On our last morning, the well pump went out, so we didn’t have running water, but Jay responded quickly and was incredibly communicative and helpful. Things like that can happen, and we really appreciated how he handled it. Overall, we’d absolutely stay here again!

Family Lake Vaca

We had a awesome family lake weekend to start off the summer. This cabin, location pretty much. Everything was amazing. We love the screened in porch and the docks were amazing. If you’re thinking about booking this, please go ahead and do it. It’s definitely worth it.

Amazing!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The outdoor shower was a fan favorite and got used every day after hours of playing in the water. The dock is great and very well appointed and maintained. Very nice sun lounge chairs and the kids loved kayaking!
