Welcome to this spacious 4 bed (one ensuite) semi-detached family home that’s located just 12 walk* to Gravesend mainland railway station. This house also comes with private off street allocated on-drive parking too. And those looking for a peaceful stay, you be located the end of a private no-through road with a small park almost next door.
This cosy end of terrace home also comes fully equipped for longer term stays with lots of storage spaces, superfast WIFI for home working. There is also no restricted parking on the road for further guests and walking distance to Gravesend city centre with its wide range of restaurants, supermarkets, places to visit, cafés and many shops.
Location What we love about Gravesend Did you know that can catch the Uber Skipper Boat (every 30 mins). It’s a commuter/ leisure boat that will take you along the Thames right in to the centre of London from Gravesend Pier.
This property in Gravesend is very well positioned for both driving and commuting to London and the surrounding Medway areas. For drivers it’s right on the A2/M2 motorway straight into London and M25. The house is situated on a residential road, minutes from the rail station on foot and in in a peaceful residential neighbourhood. There is a small park almost next door.
The centre of town is just over a mile away. You can also walk to local supermarkets easily if you wish.
Your Space This is a large 4 bed end of terrace house, it is over three floors- two bedrooms on the top floor- ( a twin and a double room). Two double bedrooms on the first floor (one ensuite) and a family bathroom. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge dining area, a separate kitchen and downstairs w.c.
GROUND FLOOR
Dining Area/ Lounge Area Enjo relaxing in a large open plan living/dining room that overlooks (and with door to) a small private lawned garden and large windows flooding the room with natural light. There is a huge extendable and quite unusual American oak dining table (which we love!!) set for six chairs. There is also a brand-new smart TV with access to Netflix, streaming services, along with super-fast Wi-Fi for home working. The lounge area comes of course with couches to relax and watch films etc at the end of the day
Kitchen (Ground Floor) Fully equipped with brand new appliances and kitchenware, there is an electric oven and set of 4 gas hobs, as well as a fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster and ample cupboard space.
Utility Cupboard (Hallway) On the ground floor you will find a large understairs cupboard for storing your things. Inside it’s equipped with ironing facilities, a vacuum cleaner, clothes drying rack and other cleaning products.
Downstairs WC Toilet and sink
FIRST FLOOR Master Double Bedroom (Ensuite) Beautifully furnished with a double sized bed, bedside tables and lamps. This room also has its own en-suite bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower. There is also a spacious integrated wardrobe and clothes rack providing guests with plenty of storage for clothes and belongings.

The house benefits from its own fenced private garden with a patio, and lawn. There is also a door from the lounge to access this private secluded space.
Parking This property comes with its own dedicated off street allocated on-drive parking space. Incidentally if you have. Few cars this is ideal as there is ample non-restricted parking in the road as well for additional guest’s cars
Guest Access We don’t believe in locking off parts of the house, rest assured you will have access to the whole property!
