"I found hotel a bit grubby. Breakfast selection was good, but was cold. Middle of afternoon I was in my room and a staff member let themselves in. No knock to warn me. I was told by reception that staff are entitled to enter rooms and to put up a do not disturb sign. Cleaners had already been. Noisy at night from local club, so didn't sleep well. "AVOID! On arrival we got our keys from the keylock which was a simple process. When entering the apartment it completely stunk of cigs and w - as if people had been in there for days smoking. Even aside from the foul smell the place is very run down, lots of marks and stains on the walls etc. The glass hob surface had a large chip/crack on it which you could easily cut yourself of.
