"The townhouse was very clean inside and outside, especially the pool. The boys had fun fishing right outside the canal that leads into the bay. There are some great mangrove snappers to catch and eat. Overall the place was small, but we made it work. The only negative thing I have to say is that I wish there was a squidgy to help remove some of the water in the patio area. Due to the kids splashing in the pool, the patio collected a lot of water."

"We were celebrating my wife’s 40th birthday. There were 17 people in our group. Adults and children. Something for everyone to do. We enjoyed relaxing at the property by the pools, fishing from the dock, kayaking and paddle boarding. We went scuba diving with better than most scuba, deep sea fishing on the tail walker. We hired chef Heather for several dinners. It was an amazing trip."

"If you are a boater this house is perfect you have a very spacious dock that is shared with one other boat. The canal is deep and clear with tons of marine life. House very well laid out, our friends said the beds were hard in the other bedrooms but the king size was very comfortable. I have been in love with duck key since I was a girl and am so thrilled we have found such a great place to return time and again. "This was our first visit to the keys. The condo was clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect. The views were breathtaking! The manatee that decided to hang out behind our unit on our last day was a real treat. We hope to visit again soon."

"The property was set in a tropical setting. Palm tree's and other tropical plant's surrounded the pool area. In the evening, overhead lighting enhanced the atmosphere. Also, the area was very private. When cleaning our boat, manatees came up on the side to get fresh water. What a thrill to have these gentle giants alongside the boat. Please remember to respect Florida law when engaging with these animals! The journey to the Ocean or the Gulf is enhanced by the spectacular homes along the canals...

"Cottage was very clean and comfortable. Host was amazing and very accommodating! Private beach was a plus and relaxing. Love that this was adult only and non smoking property, which includes a gas grill. The location was central and great for day trips in both upper and lower keys. Would definitely book here on my next trip! We are not condo people so this was perfect! Quaint historic Florida style!"

"First of all...the very first picture online is not the property. I'm not sure where it is but it is not this property. The property is right on the ocean and is a nice beach but does have lots of grass in the water. The bedroom picture, the picture with pelicans on the dock are also not this property. Wonderful but keep an eye on the bill
"Wonderful place, the pools and sand were great My check out bill had mistakes, I had to insist they were wrong twice before they took it out. I had hotels.com privileges that I was told were computed (I made sure as soon as checked in) when in fact they were not. Then they said it wouldn’t appear in my bill, but everything I consumed was there, thank god for my memory, or I was gonna pay 60 dollars more One dish from restaurant was returned, asked for over easy eggs, they came raw. Attendant was rude Other than this two issues, everything was amazing "
