"Hotel and rooms smelt lovely/refreshing, extremely clean… realizing that it has only been open 1 month, I’m sure a few kinks will be worked out. The first is the TV use and availability of streaming (It was not set up for Netflix, Prime, etc). Secondly, there really should be a microwave in the rooms. We went out to eat and could not bring leftovers back to reheat so I had to throw away 1/2 of a 30$ meal. Last thing to add is instructions on phone and TV use would be helpful. No complaints, just...

"The entire vibe of this place is top notch. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk workers were very friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant were fantastic. We can’t wait to come back!"

We had to continually call and sit on hold or leave the pool to go to the front desk building to se did the room was ready. Thankfully we were able to use the water area while we waited. "The property is run down and very much in need of major updating. The wallpaper in the bathroom was literally peeling off of the walls. One set of elevators completely out of order. The pool area was not well kept and surrounding landscaping neglected. The hot water in the shower was tepid at best. We were extremely disappointed in the appearance of the property as compared to the pictures online."

"This property was impeccable! The grounds were well kept and there was lots of outdoor seating in a beautiful courtyard with pool and hot tub. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. There was a great area for walking the dog. The breakfast was first rate and tasted great with plenty of selection. There was nothing bad to say about this property! The staff was also very friendly and helpful. This is one of the best places we have stayed."

"Convenient to the buffet which we went for the crab legs. It was out of this world good. In the hotel suite they had no hand soap. On the wall dispenser was empty. On the wall shower dispenser was also empty. Soap is always an important part of a hotel stay."
