"Amenities were very poor. Only one butter knife and no steak knives. The toaster was broken and the dishes were very minimal. We choose to rent homes vs hotels as we like to prepare our own food. Furnishings were comfortable and the waterfront view was nice."

"We stayed at this treehouse for our three-year anniversary. We stayed for 2 days, and it was amazing. The owner, Samantha, oh my goodness. Such a wonderful person and so helpful. She communicated so well with us for everything we needed help with. I was struggling with the fire, and she came over, and she got the fire going for us. That made my night. She was a lifesaver for us for sure. I would recommend this place for anybody, especially those nature lovers out there. I will definitely be...

Clean, convenient, decent breakfast, and front desk clerk was even shoveling to make sure things were cleared. My September, 2026 (4-night) stay was okay. front desk staff is always delightful and helpful with requests. hotel and room were clean, however there appeared to be virtually no housekeeping services. i don't care that the bed isn't made or towels changed but no trash service...

"We were given a room next to the pool. It was very loud. Upon walking into the room we were hit with the strong smell of cigarette smoke. When we reported it to the front desk, a handyman came by & sprayed a strong air freshener to mask the smell. It was unacceptable! On our way back to the front desk, a couple of long term residents staying at the hotel trolled back & forth, letting us know that they were going to continue smoking on the premises. "This hotel has a lot of positives. The breakfast had a solid selection. The bed was super comfy. The kitchenette was well stocked with plates and such. However, the room design is very odd. The television was in a position where it was hard to see from the bed. The door to the bathroom hit the bed and couldn't be fully opened."
