"When we arrived, we found someone’s boxers on the bathroom floor, and the floor appeared dirty. We could not get the thermostat to work, either, so our room was very hot until we finally called for help at 11:30 pm. They did send someone to fix it. We could also hear everything through the door that adjoins rooms. I just had high hopes for a luxurious stay, as this was the most I’ve ever spent on a hotel room. Never again. Over $300 for one night and to not feel absolutely comfortable is so...

"The staff was super friendly and this is no reflection on them. Our room had suffered water damage and shouldn’t have been rented until properly restored, especially with costing nearly $200 per night. We sought out what we thought would be a higher end stay and we’re disappointed by that."

"In 2026, it’s hard to believe a hotel can be so poorly tended to. Stained sheets that don’t fit the mattress and were inside-out. Burn holes in the sheets. Shower was so stained, so gross. Hallway smelled like vomit. Floor hadn’t been cleaned under bed in who knows how long. We didn’t expect a Marriott. But we did expect a first-world level of cleanliness."

"There was a weird smell throughout the building; not necessarily a bad smell but not necessarily good. Blankets were thin, old looking, stained and appeared to be burned with cigarettes. Hair dryer didn't work. Sink area didn't appear to be thoroughly cleaned. Flooring was all pretty bad looking and there was no trim of any sort around the bottom of the tub. Rooms were quiet.
