This quiet single family farm house built in the 1900s is located at 9189 Jonestown road Grantville, PA. 17028 which is 10 minutes from Hershey attractions. 3 bedrooms, 2 bath (50 gallon hot water heater) with a large subway kitchen. 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. Spacious living room with 2 couches and a large TV. Quiet separate sitting room. Outside there is a Tiki Bar, gas grill and horseshoe pits. Fenced in front yard available to enjoy. Basic cable and Wi-fi is available. Smoking outside only. No pets.

Check in is at 3pm and check out is 11am.

Homeowner is close by if anything would be needed.

6 miles from Hersheypark, Chocolate World, and Tanger outlets. Rose gardens. Zoo America . Giant center concerts. Hershey stadium concerts.2 miles to Hollywood Casino and Penn National Race Course. Manada Golf course is 3 miles away and Memorial Lake state park. It was just ok and nothing nice!No extra toilet paper!No paper towels!Old and musty!Outside was better than inside!Fridge was barely working!Light in upstairs bathroom didnā€™t work!Owner was basically stalking and would show up without notice!One flat pillow for each person and stains! TV is not a smart TV!For the price I expected wayyyyyyyy way better! Come on now!!!!

We rented the house because my son needed surgery at Hershey hospital. It was a nice quiet place to rest and still be close to the hospital to visit.

This was the first time I chose to stay at a VRBO. It was more relaxing than at a hotel. By ourselves a hotel is fine. But meeting with friends the VRBO allowed a home atmosphere and comfortable visiting that a hotel can not offer.

The location was ideal for travel between our daughterā€™s lax tourney at Nothern Lebanon H.S., visits to downtown Hershey and to Harrisburg.The property is in a very quiet and rural neighborhood. The home is a very interesting layout with an old farmhouse feel. We would rent again.

Mike was very friendly and quick to respond to anything. The house was very clean and had lots of space for our familys stay! Very close to Hershey Park and Mike left directions which made getting to the park easier.

The property worked perfectly for us while attending a family wedding. The property was exactly as described. We had plenty of room to sit together and visit. We would stay there again when in the area.

This is an older farmhouse but has everything our family of 4 adults needed to be cozy, comfortable, and close to family for the holidays. Everything was clean and in good working order. Mike, the host, was responsive with good instructions and communication. Highly recommend!

Mike was a great host with outstanding communication throughout our stay! If looking for a larger place to stay while taking advantage of Hersheyā€™s main attractions, this is an excellent choice. 10 mins to park with no traffic, and a nice farm house for lodging. 5 of us had plenty of space. We would stay again!

I stayed at this property for two nights in June 2024 (Father's Day weekend). I was there with my daughter and her girlfriend, both 18. We came to town to go to Hersheypark and see Stevie Nicks in concert at Hersheypark Stadium. Unfortunately, the concert was cancelled due to an illness in the band. When the owner (Mike) heard about the cancellation, he texted me to tell me he was sorry and that he'd give us an extra night at the house for no charge if we wanted to stay! We didn't end up taking him up on that offer, but it was so kind!! The house is in a great location, a ~7 minute drive to the Hershey attractions. It's on a fairly busy road, but on the corner with a side street that's quieter. Mike advised to back into the driveway to make exiting a little easier, and that was helpful. The house is super cute and the layout is interesting -- it's obviously been renovated over the years! Big kitchen and living room downstairs, along with a mudroom and a 3/4 bathroom laundry room combination. Upstairs, there are three nice sized bedrooms (the primary is really big!) and another full bathroom. Beds were comfy, and the house was quiet for sleeping (except for occasional traffic noise). Kitchen was well stocked, since we were only there two nights we didn't use much. But you could certainly do some decent cooking in there if you wanted to. Backyard featured a firepit, picnic table, and grill. Great place and I would stay there again!

I canā€™t emphasize enough how amazing Mike is as a host when our group is in town every year. The property was in pristine condition when we arrived, both inside the house and around the property. This was my third time renting with Mike and I look forward to many more annual stays at his property in the future. If you are planning a family getaway to Hershey, I highly recommend this property for your stay, you will not be disappointed! Mike, you made our time in Hershey for our reunion unbelievably comfortable and on behalf of all the guys from c/o 93, thank you and we look forward to seeing and staying at your property again next year!!!
