This is the only negative feedback we have received about the beds and the pillows being uncomfortable but we will keep an open mind for that feedback in the future. We are sorry we could not supply you with the down pillows you requested less than 24 hours before your stay as well. If you could let us know what flood light was shining so we can turn it off that would be helpful to future guests. We wish you comfort and peace in your future travels!

Hi Rob, First of all, we just want to say thank you for your business and for leaving the house in great condition. We also appreciate your feedback. I am so sorry if you feel mislead in any way. I did see where our listing may have been confusing and it has been corrected, please accept our deepest apologies. With that said, this home does sleep 8 people just not in the configuration you were hoping for. This space is set up to host traveling families (sharing beds) with children and pets. Had you given us a heads up we gladly would have tried to make some arrangements to accommodate your group as best we could. In regards to quiet hours, the neighbors who stated that they could hear your music and conversation inside their house with doors and windows closed. We have had numerous groups enjoy the backyard of this home, but this is the only noise complaint we have received. The gas that is in the pizza oven is to aid in the lighting of wood, not for the cooking of the pizza. As such, it is disabled for guest use for the safety of our guests. Thank you for letting us know about the smoke detector we will look into this immediately. We really do appreciate your feedback and take it seriously.
