"We were attending an event in Murieta, and the house was very continently located for us to go back and forth. We were really only there to sleep, but it was perfect for us. The house was clean, easy to find, had planets of space, its conveniently located very near a Sprouts grocery store, an ice cream shop, and not far from a shopping center with a Starbucks, Raley’s, etc. Great communication from the host!, "

"First this place is convenient for being right downtown Sac. There is adequate parking. The bbq was not user friendly. The neighborhood is quiet at night. However, my sister did have to go spend about 150 on cleaning supplies as the floors and countertops (which are wrapped in a plastic wrap with a design) were dirty. The floor in one shower the paint was peeling back. There is no washer as stated..it is a coin op down the street which had no working washing machines and no soap to wash if...

"The house was clean and it had everything! The pool was a hit for my children and there was a grill that we used while kids swam! The only uncomfortable thing was that there are cameras inside and it felt like we were being observed. Overall, it was a great house! "

"This was the perfect little house for our trip out to see family in placerville. It was clean, convenient and communication with host was great. Love the little touches they have put into this place including the garden in the backyard. My three year old loved the books and games. Would stay here again. "

"We were in town for a convention. Sway was awesome and accommodated us even though we were a larger family. She communicated well and left the extra items we would need to be comfortable. The home was in a great location and check in was a breeze. She is an excellent host who has put a lot of thought into the convenience for her guests."

"We stayed over the holiday weekend for a convention. The host was truly wonderful. Communication was easy and so quick to reply. As for the property, the only negative, and it wasn’t even a negative was a conversation worker was double parked so I couldn’t see the property address. I just rolled down my window and yelled at the guy to tell me what the address on the house was since his big truck was blocking the view. The residence was beautiful. I love all of the detailing in the decor. I’m a...
