Near Shopping & Dining- The South Bend Bungalow

Summary:

Be our guest! Our 4-bedroom/3-bathroom ranch can comfortably accommodate 19 guests. We are conveniently located less than 5 miles from dining, shopping, and the hospital; and only 20 minutes from the University of Notre Dame and the South Bend Airport! Guests will love our quiet residential neighborhood- very family-friendly! We would love to host you!



The Space:

Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. From the entryway, the dining room with a large farm table is straight ahead, and the kitchen is to the right. We stock the kitchen with all essential kitchenware items to prepare meals during your stay and provide a second dining table with four chairs.

For those working during your stay, the room off the kitchen is a quiet spot with a desk and chair.

Continue through the kitchen to the hallway leading to a full bathroom, the basement, and the living room. The first full bathroom has a stand-up shower.

The living room has a queen sofa bed, two armchairs, and a SmartTV.



The spacious basement has a large laundry room, a separate bedroom, and a kitchenette area with a mini fridge and microwave- kids and adults will enjoy this space! The main living space/open room has a pool table, a futon, and a full bed. The basement bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a full bed.



Left of the front door is three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom has a full bed. The second room is the master with two full beds and an ensuite bathroom. The last bedroom has two full beds.



We hope you find time to enjoy our patio and large backyard. A charcoal grill is available!



Guest Access:

The house has a lockbox at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.



Please Note:

We love hosting furry friends! Pets are welcome with prior approval, and a pet fee applies. To help us ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please share the number of pets you’re bringing along, as well as their breed and weight, before booking. We’re happy to consider your request and will get back to you promptly with approval.



The guest count you provide must be accurate as there can be additional guest fees. Notify us if you need to adjust the guest count before arrival. A fine of $25 per night will be applied for each undeclared guest.



Reminder:

If a guest missed the checkout time, additional fees will be added. If more than 2 hours past checkout, we will charge for an additional day.



If you would like to use the grill during your stay please bring charcoal and a fire starter.
