It is the perfect place for families, couples, friends, anglers, birdwatchers, photographers, kayakers, golfers, and anyone searching for a peaceful escape with easy access to the Outer Banks.

Inside, the spacious sunroom provides one of the best places in the home to enjoy the scenery. Gather around the large dining table for meals, play games with family, work remotely with a view, or simply sit back and watch the landscape change throughout the day. Outside, the covered waterfront deck invites you to slow down.

• Do not tie motorized vessels to the bulkhead
• The boat ramp near the garage is not part of the property—please do not trespass
