"The property is easy to find and conveniently located near a major highway. Another major street has a wonderful selection of shops, stores and restaurants. The inside was nice and clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets. A couple of areas need to be corrected. The garbage receptacle was overflowing and smelling up the garage. The garage door is in serious need of attention. The screeching of the door was almost unbearable. There were wet cleaning...

"Came for our son’s wedding in downtown Grand Rapids. Excellent location. Very clean condo , easy to find and very roomy . Our dog was very comfortable too. It was nice to have a big garage to unload all our things and easy entrance. Highly recommend if you have an event in Grand Rapids!"

"Our stay happened to include the weekend. Saturday of our stay the carbon monoxide detector started alarming along with smoke detector. Contacted mgt Saturday morning and was told a maintenance ticket would be submitted. We checked out on Monday and was still not addressed by maintenance. This is very concerning as this could have potentially been a bad and unsafe situation "

"It's a beautiful clean condo in the heart of town. Design parking spot. Only stairs available so mindful of what pack because you are carrying it up. A straight wide carpeted staircase and not an issue for us. Walk everywhere. Front and back entrances are super. Codes easy. Felt very secure. The only thing is the twin beds did work for my teen tall son. We tried the sleeper sofa, which was very nice but the lack of blackout curtains and building plus parking lot lights made it impossible for him...
