She truly set the tone for our stay and made us feel valued as guests. Our room was spotless, smelled fresh, and felt very comfortable. You can tell the hotel takes pride in cleanliness...

"Very nice property. Have stayed a few times. It was off season so very quiet. Continental breakfast could have been better. Hotel is very well kept and adorable. "

"Staff was great. The cabin was terrible. The shower head did not work. The staircase was almost impossible the get up and down from the loft unless you were a skinny 10 year old. The parking is very tight. The last night we were there it was 0 degrees and the heater stopped working. I have stayed in numerous hotels there in Blowing Rock and this was the worst."

"Rooms are dated and definitely need upgrades. They were cleanish but very congested. Lobby was in a bad condition. There is absolutely no service provided of any kind. Just a small room with ice and a vending machine. There was no water provided either. For the price, it’s not worth it in my opinion. "

"Cabin was great, but the pull out couch mattress was very springy and uncomfortable to sleep on, in addition to the fact that it was completely missing the sheets and no one from the office picked up our calls when we realized it. Overall, everything else was ok and clean."
