"Room appeared to be clean but they have a roach infestation. The first night I woke up with bug bites on my arms. We stayed there for a week and I killed so many roaches of various sizes. The staff only cleaned my room once while I was there. Only one washer and dryer and the washer machine does not work. Upstairs neighbors were very loud and rude. I would have enjoyed staying here if it was not for the bug infestation and rude neighbor upstairs. Good parking, quiet for the e most part but...

"TV doesn't work, towels are dirty, 2/3 of the office staff has bad attitude and not helpful, pool dirty and objects or dead animals floating, lights in the room didnt work, door card malfunctioned every morning. Very sketchy location. If your looking for a bed to lay on and shower to use only then this place is OK. You get what you pay for."

"Quarto espaçoso, mas apenas nos perguntaram se queríamos reposição de toalhas e/ou de artigos como sachês de café. Não limpam o quarto. Éramos 5 pessoas, então só não foi pior porque chegamos sexta à noitinha e saímos domingo pela manhã. A acústica das áreas comuns também deixa a desejar: não se consegue conversar à mesa no restaurante durante o jantar devido às atividades no lobby ao lado. Acredito que o hotel precise de uma atualização."

"The staff was friendly. The amenities listed were actually at the property and in working condition unlike others advertised on Expedia. And the AC/Heater works great. The list they gave us for recommended food was limited. We disliked the uncomfortably hard, king-size bed with flat pillows, our room was literally across the hall from the pool, we saw ants in the room, and the hotel's location is along the side of highway 5. The hotel is small and I would not stay here again."

"Clean rooms. Nice shower. Terrible pillows. Like sleeping on balled up socks. No coffee in our room was very sad. Other than that, it was pleasant. The Mexican restaurant next door is excellent with great food and service."
