"Nice place but the room I stayed in needed some maintenance in the bathroom. Shower flooding the floor and wallpaper peeling. Paint around door knobs peeling, stains in the carpet, cobwebs on the balcony. Barely any water pressure in the shower. This was not a 4 star room Our breakfast server was unfriendly and foreign. Not sure if that’s the way they communicate in Jamaica or he just hates his job. Did not feel comfortable the 2x I had breakfast with my daughter. Servers are supposed to smile...

"This condo was in an ideal location for our families reception.It's also close to the beach, shops and I enjoy the quite residential area. Nice pool, although to cold for the time of year we were there, to get in. I really loved that the condo was on a corner end unit with a view of the golf course. It was private, comfortable and clean.."

There were socks at the base of the blinds / curtain that opened the windows, when we moved the blinds roaches started scattering everywhere. Also the bottom of the curtain had black stuff on it. The bathroom was so tiny you could barely move. Outdated is an understatement. That was room 537 in the schooner building. "Everyone there was very helpful and nice. This hotel was everything the listing said it would be and more. I had a great time and never had to leave the hotel if I don’t want, everything you needed was available inside. The beach was right outside.. Unfortunately for us the beach was under construction but it was still worth every penny sent to stay at this hotel."

"We checked in at 1:30 am in the morning from the airport and was told there is no late check-out's on the weekend, so we had to be out by 10:00 am. I was anticipating 11:00 am, but 10:00 am is way early, so we had to hustle everyone with disrupted sleep quickly out. We did not get a chance to enjoy any of the amenities. For the price we paid for a few short hours of sleep was not worth it. The room was fine, although there wasn't a blanket for the Murphy bed, so we had to go back downstairs....

"The only positive thing about this room was the view. Starting with the door, we thought we had the wrong code, but found out it just needed an extra hard push. I reported this and the back door handle that was loose, and was told they would notify the maintenance staff, nobody ever showed up. The room was okay, not at all what we expected. The kitchen was good, we cooked a couple of meals in it. It was missing a can opener so we purchased one and left it. The bathroom was horrible and small....
