"So while we were staying a pool and hot tub were down and there was only one area left. The room was clean minus some hair left on the bathroom sink. I thought we were getting an ocean view room but that was my own fault for not double checking prior to booking. The staff are all excellent and will do anything to help you out!"

"Tive uma boa surpresa ao chegar. Na verdade era um resort com apartamentos muito grandes. Um tanto antigos, mas muito acolhedores. Chegamos numa noite fria e de chuva e o atendimento na recepção foi de primeira. "One of the elevators had to be repaired during our visit. Ice machine on the 2nd floor barely worked. Toilet paper holder in our room was about to fall off. The grab bar in our tub/shower was loose on one end. The breakfast was not very good. Luckily we didn’t spend much time there as we were doing other things. Most of the staff personnel were pleasant."

"The resort itself is beautiful. If you’re going to charge $1600 for a condo, I would think it would be a lot cleaner. We found dirty panties right next to the bed, the refrigerator had old food all over it, pots and pans were dirty, no extra towels, no pillows for the pull out couch; just wished the room was a little cleaner. Besides that the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with what they could offer. Bar good drinks , nice prices and the entertainment by the pool was fun."
