"The view from the units is amazing
The balcony is great with chairs
The QA performed by the staff pops be better
Our unit had a TV in the living room that was not plugged in
No paper towels were provided
No laundry detergent was included even though there is a washer and dryer in the unit and if you ask for it the staff wanted to charge $3 for a small box of detergent

"Terrible view! Ocean front was not available at time of reservation. Had to book a corner view, awful! 2nd floor facing parking lot, other hotel and trees with no Ocean view at all! Asked at check in if there was an Ocean front available. Desk clerk didn't even attempt to try to accommodate. Too worried about the bus load coming in. Had to wait two hours and after three calls to front desk, maintenance finally came and reset are safe so we could lock valuables to go to beach. Once a year...
