"Unfortunately the AC didn’t work on entry to the condo. We went to the front desk to inform them that the thermostat doesn’t work and the AC isn’t blowing air. I asked for a box fan and they supplied me with one. They sent an employee to our room and after 2 trips he had the AC working however we had to dump a 5 gallon bucket of condensation water into the hall bath tub every few hours. "The room (407 Ocean side) was more than comfortable. The fact there was a fridge, microwave and stove added to the comfort to those (like us) who bring home left-overs. The shower was clean - the property was well maintained and having 2 parking lots was essential for our security. "Unit was clean and AC worked well. The beds were not very comfortable, too soft for us. The bedroom walls and bathroom wall and ceiling had several areas that need repairs/paint. Next visit, I will pay a little more and get a nicer place. I was traveling with my mother who uses a walker. Pictures on website show one small step to get in unit from the porch. What wasn't shown is the other 2 steps to get into the porch. Also, bathroom door was so narrow that my mom's walker wouldn't fit."
