"Tive uma boa surpresa ao chegar. Na verdade era um resort com apartamentos muito grandes. Um tanto antigos, mas muito acolhedores. Chegamos numa noite fria e de chuva e o atendimento na recepção foi de primeira. Inicialmente não localizaram nossa reserva, mas o atendente foi muito simpático e nos deu uma acolhida excelente, dando informações sobre o que visitar, onde comer, etc. No final ainda não aceitou a gorjeta. Disse que era diferente aquele hotel e que não era necessário tips ali. Muito...

"Currently they have no room service if your towels are dirty and you need new ones you need to call down there and tell them that you need them switched and if you do it before four, they may bring them to you. Otherwise you have to take them down to the front desk and switch them yourself.
they also charge for parking now and they didn’t used too. Additionally, the safe in our room was not operational. My family has visited this hotel ever since I was a little girl. It’s a shame to see it going...

"The initial check in was fine. However, I was really disappointed when I asked for bedding for the pull out couch, and she told me, “we have no more pillows.” So, my child didn’t have a pillow. Then, when I was down in the lobby later, I saw another guest be given a pillow.
The parking lot was filled. The place was incredibly dirty. This is a terrible place to go. Please avoid at all costs for your sake!"

"We did not receive housekeeping our entire stay. We had to go downstairs to get towels everyday and the housekeeper was on our floor. On Friday the hotel did not have hot water, the ice machine was broken on the 1st floor, the hotel had a weird smell, the ironing board was broken and broken my nail. We paid over $600 for a 3 nights stay and it was not worth the money."

"One of the elevators had to be repaired during our visit. Ice machine on the 2nd floor barely worked. Toilet paper holder in our room was about to fall off. The grab bar in our tub/shower was loose on one end. The breakfast was not very good. Luckily we didn’t spend much time there as we were doing other things. Most of the staff personnel were pleasant."

"Dave yourself the headache. Every day it was something. Maintenance was good though. Oven not working. Batteries died in key pad for door. Deadbolt broke and we were stuck in condo for 5 hours. Advertised outdoor pool was open . It was NOT and after days of arguing with management and Hostiva, they finally acknowledge it was closed. Phoned Hostiva almost every day and they said they would phone back. They never did. The last day took the cake; cockroach
crawling on the wall. That was the icing...
