"Hotel as a whole was good as it always is. Tower one pool and lazy river was closed and looks to be closed all summer. Would have been nice to know that before hand as our room was in tower one.
As usual you get a parking card to put in your car yet they apparently do not stop people from parking in the loading/unloading spots all week. At 7am this morning there were only 2 spots to park in to be able to load our stuff. We were the only car loading up at the time. As usual as well there were no...

"The property was older and it’s okay. I noticed in my room the retailed the foyer and bathroom nicely but the carpet was old the blinds were older. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean but with a little updating this place could be nice."

"They say that the rooms have been renovated, but in my opinion, they are still a little bit outdated. The beds aren’t very comfortable. However, the cleaning crew does an amazing job and the other employees are very pleasant. Breakfast is very simple and the same every day. The pool had a green tint to it so I’m not sure if that’s being maintained so we decided to just go to the beach. The hotel felt very safe and near just about any shopping area or restaurant you may want."

"The pool wasn't available . The house keeping staff was outside a side exit off the lobby smoking . You had to walk past the smoke to get to the parking lot . The room was clean and comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk should have had information about local restaurants and restaurants that delivered . It was convent and worth a second look if they make a few changes . We shall see ."

"It was convenient to where I needed to be everyday. It was close to Starbucks, Grocery stores, and Shopping. The breakfast was decent, the room was nice.
The only issue was a smell of smoke in the hallways, but it didn't seem to be in the room, so that was nice. The AC worked well, the overhead fan was great for the heat."

"I absolutely love the location!!......However, upgrades are definitely in order......We made the best of the experience, it was my husband's birthday and I didn't want the condo not being clean ruin it for him.....The staff on the property were pleasant and super professional. Mrs. Elaine, our maintenance professional, was absolutely amazing as well!!! She was a highlight 😊......Everything would have been perfect had our condo been clean!!!!!!!!"
