"The resort itself is beautiful. If you’re going to charge $1600 for a condo, I would think it would be a lot cleaner. We found dirty panties right next to the bed, the refrigerator had old food all over it, pots and pans were dirty, no extra towels, no pillows for the pull out couch; just wished the room was a little cleaner. Besides that the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with what they could offer. Bar good drinks , nice prices and the entertainment by the pool was fun."

"We stayed here for three nights for my boys' end-of-school-year celebration, and overall we had a great experience.

"Everything was great. Jordan at the front desk was so kind and helpful! The spa was wonderful. The resort itself was beautiful, and the amenities were fantastic! The only exception was The Wet Whistle - the restaurant /tiki bar there on site. They were awful! I’ve had better nachos at Taco Bell. And you don’t have $17 for them!"

"Loved the resort- highly recommend a check-in a better overview of all amenities available. Would’ve appreciated booking the spa we booked online through Expedia so we did not know this was an option. We absolutely loved the restaurant waiter but it was unfortunate He was the only one staffed for the restaurant and the bar. He made the experience very memorable and had the best hospitality. The food was great, but I think you would have a better turnout if there was more staff support."

"I like this location as I’ve stayed here before. Bathrooms were pretty nasty with trash and hair everywhere. Not sure they mopped or cleaned the toilets before we checked in. There was also hair in the fridge? No dish soap or paper towels which was a little disappointing considering it has a full kitchen with dishwasher. "Once loved this place. Now it's in near disrepair.
The room smelled like body odor and just sour. The AC cannot be turned down below 70° F. The air vents all had black mold specs and constant condensation dripping, even with the fan to auto only.
The walls had peeled paint and holes. There were pills and q-tips swept under the couch. Roaches outside attracted to the trash and drain lines that pump out into the parking lot.
