"Room was updated and spotless. New carpet, paint, bathroom vanity, and more. A fantastic value imo. We've been staying here for many years & it never disappoints. It's close to EVERYTHING in NMB & just a stone's throw away from Myrtle but without those resort prices. Pool was clean & open. Highly recommend for families or solo travellers."

"Tive uma boa surpresa ao chegar. Na verdade era um resort com apartamentos muito grandes. Um tanto antigos, mas muito acolhedores. Chegamos numa noite fria e de chuva e o atendimento na recepção foi de primeira. Inicialmente não localizaram nossa reserva, mas o atendente foi muito simpático e nos deu uma acolhida excelente, dando informações sobre o que visitar, onde comer, etc. No final ainda não aceitou a gorjeta. "I booked this hotel as a last minute getaway for my birthday weekend and my birthday gift( sunglasses) were stolen in a matter of minutes during the checkout process. I placed my sunglasses on the counter in the hallway because I was going back and forth carrying luggage’s with a child. "Our second time staying here. Great quiet location. The staff was friendly and helpful. They quickly worked through a room assignment issue at check-in when I pressed to find a quick solution. Shuttle to the beach is super quick and easy to use without any wait times.
The rooms themselves are starting to show their age. Could benefit from a refresh in furniture (some stains and clearly well used) and scent (quite musty) to help justify the price of the suite.

"Excellent property the only issues we had was with the shower in the primary bathroom not draining properly and the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom not functioning properly. We didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a huge issue as the ac was adequate and the shower was the worse the last day of our stay."
