Right off the main highway US-131, this newly remodeled home features a 5-person hot tub on a beautiful outdoor patio overlooking a huge backyard. Terra Sol is appointed with modern conveniences including central air, large living area with sleeping for 6! Enjoy playing games in the Sol Room, a home-cooked meal from the spacious kitchen! 10 minutes to downtown Grand Rapids and only 15 minutes from the GRR Ford International Airport, everything you need is right at your fingertips.

Terra Sol was designed to have a safe haven of peaceful relaxation while having fun and connecting with whomever is with you! 2 comfortable living rooms, a large backyard, and a bike path just west of the home provides many opportunities to play and relax. Welcome to your getaway!

You’ll have access to the whole home including a remodeled kitchen, 2 spacious living rooms, and a nice large backyard! The garage is the only space which is off-limits for guest. You may use the washer/dryer in the basement, but please be mindful of our storage and painting area.

We are available if need-be, but typically you won’t meet us in person. Enjoy your privacy!

This area of Wyoming is very convenient to downtown and all of the great things south of the city.

The area has undergone a lot of revitalization recently and there are many great restaurants right around the corner.

The home has a large driveway and can accommodate 4 cars if needed.

NOTE: Guests are required to review and sign a rental agreement upon booking. A $250 security deposit will be placed as a "hold" on the credit card on file 7 days before arrival. This hold will be released after departure, following a satisfactory inspection of the property.
House Rules

1. No Parties or Events: Please refrain from hosting parties or events on the premises. Only individuals listed on the reservation are allowed to be present on the property. Exterior cameras are in place to monitor for excessive parking, unregistered guests, and signs of unauthorized gatherings. Please feel free to reach out to us for any inquiries or for prior approval regarding visitors.

2. No Smoking or Vaping Indoors: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited indoors. Kindly dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

3. Pet Responsibility: Only dogs are permitted as pets, and they must be declared on the reservation. Guests are allowed to bring a maximum of two (2) dogs onto the property. For hygiene and the comfort of all guests, animals are not allowed on beds, bedding, or sofas. When pets are brought along, they must be crated when left unattended and must always remain on leash when outside the home. Please ensure diligent cleanup after your pets. Any damages caused by pets will result in charges for repair or replacement.

4. Registered Guests Only: Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to be on the property. Contact us for clarification or prior approval of visitors.

5. Food and Drink in Designated Areas: Eating and drinking should be confined to common areas, not bedrooms.

6. Respect Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am to ensure a peaceful environment for all neighbors and guests.

7. Bedroom Key Responsibility: Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of bedroom keys. A replacement fee of $50 will be charged for lost keys.

8. Report Damages Promptly: In case of any breakages or damages, please inform the hosts immediately for timely repair or replacement.

9. Furniture Arrangement: Kindly refrain from rearranging the furniture.

10. Cleanliness: Guests are expected to clean their dishes and take out the trash before departure.

11. No Illegal Substances: The use of illegal substances on the premises is strictly prohibited.

Early Check-in/Late Check-out:
We can often accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional $50 fee when requested in advance, which helps expedite cleaning between guests.

Cleaning Charges:

- Late Checkout: $35 per 30 minutes beyond the agreed checkout time.
- Biohazard Cleanup: $100 per incident.
- Party Cleanup: Fees range from $100 to $1000, depending on the extent of cleanup required.
- Furniture Restoration: Charges vary from $50 to $500 for returning furniture to its original location.
