"Front desk ladies were so friendly and helpful! Cricket was able to help with getting downtown and parking for the Opry. The lady who came in next was as friendly and personable! She listened to our excursions and offered suggestions when asked! Both made this memorable. Good breakfasts. Kept that area clean. Lady with pig tails cleaned each table. Room spacious and clean. Great shower pressure. Bed comfy!!!"

"I was traveling to Nashville for a special event and The Grand Ole Opry. This hotel and the staff were absolutely wonderful! Being a solo female traveler, I requested an interior room to feel safer, and they followed through. Everyone was so sweet at the front desk, as well as in the restaurant. This is such a charming hotel, I will definitely be back!"

"The room was clean, it was nice to have extra open space with the apartment feel, lots of counter space, and convenient that the shower and toilet were split up in separate enclosed doors. The tiny freezer in the refrigerator was not cold enough for anything frozen. The community microwave we used a couple times when we were on our way out. "The hotel is different than most I've stayed in. I guess I've mostly stayed at cookie-cutter hotels or even suites. This place is heavy on the amenities. The room and bed were disappointing compared to the rest of the place. The check-in was great. Easy and simple. Theres some free parking on the side/ back by not alot.
